Fourth Destination: Tidung Islang

What a beautiful scenery of Tidung

Behind the boat, what a great turbulation

I went to this place last week, on May 7-8, 2011. That was a wonderful trip, because I met with my senior in high school and college whom I never met before. Such a coincidence. And this time, I knew all of them. Because we stayed in that island for one night.

We started our journey by a boat to Tidung Island from Muara Angke with a fishy smell, and squid smell, and shrimp smell. And again, I chosed the wrong place to sit. In the backside of the boat, above of boat generator, and when it operated, it shaked me in my whole body. Made my nose felt so itch because of the vibration. I could not see anything from my place, because there was no window over here. Helloww. Hakhakhak. I still shake there until we arrived to the main island, for 3 hours journey.

Again, that was not like I thought. There were a lot of residential over there, very crowded. Crowded to death and right know I am still not remember about the path to go to my lodging. Sometime, I had a bad memory for a way. We prepared our self because we will do snorkeling activity which was mean I must swim but I still could not swim after my experience in Green Canyon on March. Hehehe. That's me.

The beauty of Coral in Tidung

I got life vest, frog feet, and goggles with some respiratory tract. The day before that day, I really did not want to join with this snorkeling activity. But thanks God, I did not do my plan. Because I will desperately regret that. That was so nice in the deep of the sea. I could see fish, coral reefs which was very colorful, and feed them. They (fish) really like bread. They ate so fast, very fascinating. Incredible world under the sea. I could swim with that device. I swam around the boat, of course. During my journey on the water, there were jellyfish which bite me so intensive such a pinch in my hand, my arm, and my neck. It was so annoying. The taste of the water was very salt. Yeah, I know that was the taste of the ocean. But, I never drank the sea water before, so it still made me surprised when I choked. Not really a adorable taste that I wanna drink. Hehe. We did that until sunset. So long swim journey I ever had. So boring in boat but so excited in water.

The night of the day we did some barbeque, but I did not like either the big fish or the small fish. They were really fresh and smell for me. Not my style to eat them. So I just listened to a song which was sang by us but never reach the end of the song. Because nobody really knew the song, included me. Of course, I just know about my nation song "Indonesia Raya". And I just joined and become member of GPL (Gerakan Perusak Lagu/ Song Violation March). So, please pardon me, If I sang a different lyric, that my speciality.

The next morning, we did some tour with bicycle to the small island of Tidung. And this was become my problem, because I have not ride bicycle since elementary school. I just worried many things. Could not swim and could not ride bicycle. Poor me!!! But, because my friend "Lia" said that she did not want to take me by her because I was really weight person so I gained my brave to ride that things. Oh come on, I could not lose for this stuff. So I ride it with little curse (but more) a long the way. Hehehe. We could not across the sea which was connected by bridge by bicycle. So we went there by foot. Like before, I did not bring camera. So, we become a parasite to the other cameras. Hakhakhak. You know, just want to build up friendship. Thanks for the kindness of them who allows us become part of their picture. Peace guys!!! We really mean it so much.

When you reach the edge of the main island you will see many people are trying to jump form a bridge which was called Jembatan Cinta (Love Bridge). Maybe, everybody who jump from that love bridge will find their love. Hakhakhak. There were some facilities there, like canoe or banana boat. 30,000 IDR/person. You will enjoy that, I think this is cheaper than Bali. But, I chosed to walk than use that facilities. There was no enough cloth in my bag, if I got wet. Wew, if you walk you can enjoy your eyes with that beautiful scenery. Blue sky, blue ocean, gentle wind, pure water and you can see the bottom of the ocean. That was rarely in Indonesia. Happy people, domestic and foreign visitor. Many people who has same purpose with me, to enjoy their passion to see all of the beauty of the world.

That was so beautiful place, but during our walkaway to the small island, along the bridge, we saw a lot of hole there and that is not very safety for the visitors. I hope they will fix it. The Government of Tidung Islands. It will gonna be a great place to traveling despite of some rubbish at that place. By the way, this trip or every trip that you want join please become a minor because you will try to find the new friend and made friends there. That was so exciting. met new people. Hehehe. You must try it, guys!! I just join with this activity and I addicted with this. All of the backpacker-an staff. And FYI, I just spend 270,000 IDR to all of the facilities such us transportation, consumption, accommodation, bicycle rent, boat and snorkeling stuff.

Third Destination: Green Canyon and Hiu Beach

This was a story about my traveling to Green Canyon and Hiu (Shark) Beach. I went to that place form Senayan City on March 10, 2011, 10:00 PM. We arrived in first place "Green Canyon" at the next morning. I joined with this group based on invitation of my friend Fitri. There were about 30 peoples on the bus. Most of the participants are women. Maybe two to three women in that bus. When I asked to the committee of this program, she said "This is the first traveling with a big number of participant are women." Yeah, I could see when I sat on the bus.

Oh my gosh, I chose the wrong chair to sit. In the end of this bus. Hakhakh, I couldn't sleep because that's was not comfortable. I jumped when bus passed the hole. Very high jumped and made my but felt so sick because they hit the chair over and over again. Stop talked about the bad side of the story. Hehe. This is the real story that I want to share.

Green Canyon was not has green color water when we came. It was brown. Yeah, there was a heavy rain yesterday and that cause river turn into brown, not blue of course (my dream). Not good for me, because that was not like I thought before, based on internet. We changed our clothes before we started to take a boat. We watched a green view surrounding of the river. Many vegetation there. Thye gave me some self safer such life vest. It was really help me, I can't swim and this is all about swim. So challenges and had a frightened there. Yeah, some fast think what will happend if I drowned. Of course that would not gonna happen, I used a life vest. Thank God!

When we arrived in the end of the voyage (Voyage? it is to much for a boat, right? Hakhakhak. Just want to share a great story, hehehe), I saw a cave with a lot of water in there. We got out of the boat and prepared for the real journey by your own body. Swimming, I mean. I had a little nervous for that word. So, we started our swim with the rope for holding your hand a long of the river in the cave. We did that. And bad of me, I did not really look my surrounding, because I really worry about being drown. Hahaha.

But I jumped from a 5 m rock. Many people jump from that rock. Such a challenge, If you went to Green Canyon but that's day become Brown Canyon. And I was really challenged by that. Although, I became the last person who jumped from that high rock. Because I really scared to death about The Height and my friend did not want to become last person "That's her passion, she said". I felt my heart was left up there when I jumped. That's really amazing experience for me. Of course. Everybody has their style, when they jumped. Thank God, I could do the right style of jump "Vertical one" that is really safe when you jump from the high place. To minimize some hurt. I couldn't saw a picture for you, because I did not have a camera. Hehehe. FYI, I spend 330,000 for this journey included food and transportation and any kind of fee in those destinations.

After we did that, we went to Shark beach. Because I really tired in the first place so I just walked around and sat to take a view of that place. Beautiful. We stay there until sunset. And this was my own photo. Never has a great one before.

Good advertisment, very inspiring

I saw this adv when I watched a TV. I really rarely watch television this day. Hakhakhak. Very nice one. It makes me really want to do some adventure like them. Make some journal about my traveling. What a wonderful idea. I love this adv.

They traveled from west Indonesia to east Indonesia. We can see how beautiful Indonesia from it. I really want to go there. I imagine that I must have my adventure in Indonesia before I go to abroad. Like what we talked about our dream (me and my friend when I still in college). Yeah, It is just a dream, but every real thing comes from a dream, right?

Get your dream, friends

It is not a story about me. This is a story about someone who inspire me. No matter what happen, no matter what people said, he just smile and do what he want to do. Right now, maybe I just a new person who watch everything with amusement, try to extract some lesson from everything I see. Yes, he is my boss. He really great person in right meaning, have a lot of knowledge, good leadership, and very professional when he manages everything. Very systematic.

He bought specific bicycle to accompany him during his tour. He learned a lot about the distinguish of type of bicycle. And completed that with GPS, digital camera which he installed in front of his bicycle, and always weighed everything which he wanted to take during this activity. I took some pictures of his bicycle.

When he has a dream, the one that he tried to reach when I have become his employment, he managed everything from the small thing until the big one. And that was very inspired, because he applied everything he gain in his career world. I just saw from his blog and he used Microsoft project to plan his schedule to his dream which he called My Java Tour.

And I really laughed when he said, this was not only to reach his dream, he also wanted we as his staff to become more independent when he do his tour. Yes, that's right. There are a lot of job right know, many projects that we must finish. And he planned to leave us, to make us can apply everything that he has been taught to us. He said: " I just curious about what will happend in this company when I didn't here." Very appropriate system to apply. Because, yes we really depend on him.

Smart Chart punya Microsoft Office

Ini tiba-tiba muncul di otak saya, saat menantikan waktu pulang. Sambil mengikuti rapat internal yang sedang berlangsung, saya menyibukkan diri dengan mempelajari sebuah sistem yang ada di semua program Microsoft Office yang bernama Smart Chart. Ada banyak pilihan untuk membuat chart melalui program ini. Ada yang lurus, ada yang bulat, dan ada yang petak.

Saya sedikit tidak punya passion karena saya diajak teman untuk pergi ke Magnum Cafe, thanks to my friend. Dapat cerita dari teman, kalo Magnum Cafe enak sekali. Nyam nyam nyam. Saya, untuk hari ini, saya ingin pulang jam 5, terus ke Magnum Cafe, dan setelah itu pulang. Seperti yang diperlihatkan dengan jelas pada Gambar di atas.

Setidaknya ada hasil hari ini, bahwa saya nantinya bisa membuat power point yang cantik, yeyeye. Amiiiin. :)

Senang yang tiba-tiba sedih

GILAA!!! Kerjaan yang gw kerjain bersama TIM masuk koraaaan!!!! haha, meski nama perusahaan gw kagak ketempel disono, gw senang banget. Ibarat mendapat durian runtuh dan gw bangga sekali. Norak sih, tapi memang gitu ya. Akhirnya gw sedikit nyambung dengan bisnis yang dilakukan di Indonesia. Hwahahahaha..

Dan berikutnya gw lagi sedih, karena kebetulan gw lagi Training di saat Perusahaan gw lagi mengadakan Training yang tempatnya di Bandung yang artinya tempatnya asiik dan sejuuk sementara gw dimungkinkan berada di Jakarta juga dan tempatnya panas dan gw sedih sekali saat menyadari kenyataan itu yang artinya gw ketemu sama orang-orang yang serius, tapi gw senang tapi sedih tapi bingung. Hwaaahahha, memang suasana hati itu perubahannya cepat sekali..
